These terms cover your use of trAIned. — a platform for learning and earning credentials in practical AI literacy. By creating an account, you agree to what's below. We've kept this plain and human; if anything is unclear, email support@ai-trained.com.

What trAIned. is

trAIned. delivers structured lessons, assessments, and credentials. Credentials are earned by completing assessed content — not by attendance. When you pass an assessment, we issue a verifiable credential tied to your account.

Subscription tiers

• Foundation — $49 one-time. A single payment unlocks the Foundation track for you, permanently. This payment is non-refundable.
• Practitioner — $29 / month, $289 / year, or $449 lifetime. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. The lifetime option is a single payment granting ongoing access to Practitioner content. Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Credentials

Credentials are earned by completing the required assessed content. They are tied to the individual account that earned them and are non-transferable. Each credential includes a public verification token so third parties can confirm authenticity.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account login with anyone else.
• Do not have someone else complete assessments on your behalf.
• Do not misrepresent a credential — for example, claiming a tier you haven't earned, or altering a verification page.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish course content.

Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke any credential and suspend any account where we find clear evidence of misuse, fraud, or assessment dishonesty. Revoked credentials will no longer validate on their public verification page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
