The credential standard
What a trAIned. credential actually means.
A credential is only worth the rigour behind it. This is ours — published openly, so anyone verifying a trAIned. holder knows exactly what they passed.
What every credential attests
- 01Demonstrated abilityEarned through scenario-based assessment, not attendance or time served.
- 02Independent verificationEach credential has a unique token, permanently checkable at /verify.
- 03Defined scopeEvery credential states the domain, level and competencies assessed. No vague "AI certified".
- 04CurrencyCredentials are dated and tied to a curriculum version, so employers know the skills are current.
Our assessment approach
Learners are assessed against realistic, role-relevant scenarios with a defined pass threshold. Attempts are recorded. Passing means you did the work — repeatably.
Accreditation pathway
We are pursuing CPD accreditation so trAIned. credentials count toward recognised professional development, with professional-body partnerships to follow.
For employers
When you see a trAIned. credential, you can verify it in seconds and read exactly what it certifies. No guesswork.
